In 2016, Thomas completed his Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. After obtaining his degree he pursued further education, and completed a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queens University. During Thomas’ education he was a member of the Queen’s Rehab Therapy Society and was presented with the Helen Chan Award for his sportsmanship in intramurals.

Thomas believes in empowering his clients and giving them the tools necessary to help heal themselves and restore mobility and function. His evidence-informed treatment approach utilizes education, manual therapy, and functional exercise to help his clients achieve their goals. Thomas plans to continue his professional development by taking courses in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and concussion management.

Thomas was born and raised in Aurora, he grew up playing hockey for the Tigers and has developed a love for all sports. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active with running, hiking, and playing sports.
