Gillian graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University. Her educational background, combined with years of playing competitive sports, has fostered a strong passion for helping others take an active role in their health and recovery.

Gillian uses a client centered approach to develop personalized treatment plans to help her clients achieve their goals. She is committed to life-long learning and has taken additional courses in integrated dry needling, acupuncture and manual therapy which she incorporates into her treatments along with exercise and patient education.

Drawing on her on-field experience with varsity soccer and AAA hockey teams, Gillian has developed strong skills in managing acute sport-related injuries. She also has a keen interest in working with runners of all abilities and has pursued additional training focused on assessing and treating running-related injuries. Whether helping runners recover from injury or reach new performance goals, she is committed to supporting their progress every step of the way.

Through certification with Complete Concussion Management Inc. (CCMI), Gillian is also trained to assess and treat individuals experiencing concussion-related symptoms. This training allows her to support a safe and effective return to daily activities, work and sport.

Outside of the clinic, Gillian enjoys staying active and is often training for her next triathlon. She also loves baking, playing tennis, and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
